Being spiritual and enlightenment

Posted by:

There’s a difference between being spiritual and enlightenment. Being spiritual – which is what most people want – is being a person that is really at ease, being a person that experiences a lot of relief, a lot of expansion, a lot of freedom. Less – so it seems – people desire actual enlightenment, which is relief from being a person. It is the ease and the peace and the freedom from being a person.

So just consider the difference. Ask ...

Few ideas on Self-Realization

Posted by:

“God demands nothing less than complete self-surrender as the price for the only real freedom that is worth having.” – Mahatma Gandhi

There comes a moment when the only thing left is you. All concepts are gone, all forms and objects. The only thing left to be surrendered is the sense of self which you’ve always identified with. And you realize that you have to surrender that also.

When you are facing the last door, when that unique moment is presented to ...

You Are Source

Posted by:

Source is invulnerable, Source is eternal, Source is timeless. So from a SourceFull place life is a play, it’s not a threat. From the point of view of being a person inside a body – needing to accomplish something, to prove its worth- everything is a threat, everything is an opportunity to manipulate, strategize and ensure something stays a certain way. It’s not a way to live and it’s not authentic, it’s not natural and definitely doesn’t feel good. Because ...

Being in service

Posted by:

A way to step into the frequency of unity, of love, is to be in service. Not in service of, but in service – simply in being. Being is service. So, lose yourself in your natural state of service. Anytime you’re being in service in the traditional sense – you’re giving someone a gift or you’re holding space for someone – instead of thinking ‘I’m giving this to somebody else’, lose yourself in service, impersonal, without positioning. Because you’re not ...

Change

Posted by:

The first thing is to be yourself and let it be all right to be who you are. Then you can change.

Change takes place into the nothing, into the Unknown. You do not experience the shift itself, you only experience what comes after the shift. You only experience the result of the change. That takes place in a world of space and time, in the world of experience. The change takes place in timelessness and so there is no experience ...

How to open the heart?

Posted by:

A question that comes up quite often in workshops and events: How to open the heart?

The one that notices this wanting, that is simply aware of this wanting, the one that wants nothing because already has everything, this is what you are. And this ...

A conscious choice

Posted by:

The hardest moment in an inner transformation crisis is when we are face to face with what we’ve already created. We start to realize that it is our creation and we are put in front of a dilemma: do I give up on what I’ve created up until now and start anew? Do I try to repair it from a new avenue of understanding ...

Emotional healing

Posted by:

To really understand healing means to understand that there is no difference whatsoever between physical, mental, spiritual and emotional healing. We are looking at healing from a holistic view where all these are connected, every one of them being the projection of the others on a different plane of existence.

Emotion = Energy in motion

We feel with our entire being—body, as well ...

Animus and Anima

Posted by:

In the West it was Carl Jung who really opened up the notion of the individual having these two male and female poles inside us. He called them the Animus and the Anima – the inner male and the inner female. A healthy life is about maintaining a balance between them.

So if you are a male your essence is in the female, if ...

Balancing Spirit and Matter

Posted by:

Most people think of inner alchemy as an esoteric path to enlightenment and even though it is that, it is also deeply practical. At its heart, it is about balancing Spirit and Matter.
Many of us feel this inner conflict when we say things like “my heart wants to do this but I need to make money, I need to survive.”
This conflict ...
