Shamanic Breathwork

Breath is sacred. It is life. And it is a portal to different realms of consciousness.

Shamanic Breathwork is a powerful, ceremonial practice designed to access expanded states of consciousness for deep healing and transformation. Rooted in psychoshamanism—a synthesis of ancient shamanic traditions and modern depth psychology (including Jungian and transpersonal approaches)—this method bridges the wisdom of the ancestors with contemporary understanding of the psyche.

It also draws from Stanislav Grof’s Holotropic Breathwork and Focusing (felt-sense work) developed by Eugene T. Gendlin, supporting a deeper attunement to the body’s inner intelligence and subtle experiential knowing.

Through conscious breathing, evocative music, and a carefully held group container, participants are guided into inner journeys that allow the release of emotional blockages, the integration of unconscious material, and the activation of deeper layers of self-awareness.
